Adin Randall— Eau-Claire Builder

This was my first time stop in Adin Randall’s statue. There was a man sitting on the chair with bright and piercing eyes. There are some words carved on the foundation, said Adin Randall who gave this park to the city of Eau-Claire. Obviously, without searching for the background, I guess he was an unusual man. When I tasted this sentence generally, I knew he was a man who contributed a lot to Eau-Clair. That’s why people built a sculpture here to commemorate him. I found some natives here to talk about it, but unfortunately no one was so familiar with his contribution, but they all knew he was a person who built this park. According to the history of Eau-Claire, Adin Randall was a builder who first input timber to Eau-Claire so that made the Eau-Claire thrived. He had faced bankrupt, but he also had experienced of wealthy. He was a challenging and ambitious man who never gave up, and never felt enough. His life was fulfilled besides a poor ending. Although he died very young, the city without his contribution couldn’t be as developed as today. So the famous sculptress whose name is Helen Farnsworth Mears built this statue in memory of his contribution. I visited this statue in a rainy day, in honor of the history behind it with respect.
